Question 1

What is the JPC 2027 Property Care Membership?

Accepted Answer

A yearly plan with regular scheduled lawn maintenance during the growing season, scheduled power washing and priority scheduling. Places are limited and every property is individually assessed before membership is offered. Full details are on the Membership page.

Question 2

How do I apply for membership?

Accepted Answer

Fill in the application form on the Membership page. Applying is free and doesn't commit you to anything — Jimmy reviews every application, may arrange an assessment, and only then offers a place.

Question 3

How much does membership cost?

Accepted Answer

Pricing is shown on the Membership page. The final price depends on your property, the services included and the agreed membership specification.

Question 4

How long does the clean stay looking fresh?

Accepted Answer

A standard pressure wash typically stays clean for 6–12 months depending on shade and weather. Add the optional biocide treatment and you'll usually see 12–24 months before the moss creeps back in.

Question 5

Do you do block paving with the joint sand?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pressure washing strips out the old kiln-dried sand — that's normal. The optional re-sand puts fresh kiln-dried sand back into the joints to lock the bricks and stop weeds.

Question 6

What if it rains on the day?

Accepted Answer

Light rain is actually fine — pressure washing works regardless. Heavy rain or storm conditions and we'll reschedule to the next free slot, no charge.

Question 7

How much does a typical driveway cost?

Accepted Answer

Most small-to-medium driveways come in from around £100. Bigger jobs are quoted as a flat price after a free on-site consultation, so you always know exactly what you're paying before I lift a hose.

Question 8

What areas do you cover?

Accepted Answer

Anywhere within roughly 15 miles of Bessbrook — that includes Newry, Armagh, Banbridge, Warrenpoint, Markethill, Camlough, Rathfriland and the surrounding villages. Just outside? Ask anyway.

Question 9

What kit do you use?

Accepted Answer

Petrol-powered professional-grade pressure washers, surface cleaners for even finish, sodium hypochlorite soft wash for moss and algae, Actiwash biocide for long-lasting protection, and wet-and-dry vacuum extraction for carpets and upholstery. No cheap electric machines.

Question 10

How do I book?

Accepted Answer

Quickest way is to call or WhatsApp 07763 577 387 with a photo of the area. You can also use the contact form. Most enquiries get a reply within 24 hours.
